1. About onlinedukaan
- onlinedukaan is a local trading site, which links consumers to the suppliers in their local area.
- The App enables users to search products and book them.
- It is not an online shopping site.
- All the payments are not processed in the app.
- The buyer and the seller exchange all the transactions (payment, delivery, pickup) offline.
2. User Accounts
In order to access some features, you have to:
- Deliver correct information.
- Keep your account confidential.
- Remember to be accountable on all activity in your account.
We have the right to suspend or cancel accounts in case:
- Information is false
- Misuse or fraud is detected
- Terms are violated
3. User Roles
Customers:
- Can browse and book products
- Should give appropriate contact information
Vendors:
- Ability to list, edit and manage products
- Accountable to the accuracy and satisfaction of products
4. Booking Policy
A reservation is not a purchase. It is a mere reservation request.
Vendors have the right to:
- Accept, reject, or modify availability
onlinedukaan shall not be liable in case:
- Vendor cancels the booking
- Product is unavailable
- Offline price or information modification
5. Payments & Transactions
All the payments are done externally to the app. onlinedukaan has no payments, collection or storage.
We are not liable for:
- Payment disputes
- Fraud between users
- Refund issues
6. Product Information
The vendors have the sole responsibility of:
- Product descriptions
- Pricing
- Images
- Availability
onlinedukaan does not promise:
- Accuracy of listings
- Product quality
- Authenticity
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use fake information
- Mislead or scam other users
- Post unlawful, obscene or pirated material
- Disrupt, attempt to hack, or attempt to reverse engineer the app
Fraud causes instant termination of account.
8. Notifications
By using the app, you agree to receive:
- Booking updates
- System notifications
You can disable notifications in device settings.
9. App Availability
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices
The app may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
onlinedukaan acts only as a platform. We are not liable for:
- Disputes between customers and vendors
- Loss, damage, or dissatisfaction with products
- Delays in fulfillment
- Any indirect or consequential damages
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless onlinedukaan from:
- Claims arising from your use of the app
- Violation of these Terms
- Disputes with other users
